if i ever do lose my card and i report it and some one else uses it,can i found out who did like their address? and also if i found a credit card what do i do is there a reward?

Most likely the person who has lost the card has already reported it lost & the account is closed, so there is no incentive for a reward.
If someone uses your card (after its stolen or lost), you do not get any info on who it is, where they possibly live etc. All you do is report a fraudulent charge to your card to the card's fraud department and follow their instructions.
I don not think they would tell you their Address you know legal rights.
And as for as you finding a credit card and getting a award for being honest you need to check your self a your motives.
