Charged off bank card?

had like 111$ charged off i know it goes to systems and says my balence at 0 now....can i still use my card? this like second chance banking?



if it is charged off then that account is closed and you have a ding on your credit record showing this account was not paid in full but that they charged it off meaning they pretty much figured you would not pay the debt and wrote it off to a collection agency,
