That depends on one heck of a lot of variables. Your cooking skill, your business acumen, your advertising, your presentation, your work ethic, your location, your target market, the condition of the economy and how it affects demand for your product in your area, etc.
You could make a lot of money if you are lucky and play everything right, and have a great product to offer. Most often, with small standard businesses like this, you struggle to break even for years while building your clientele. You could lose your shirt from poor choices or simply bad luck or bad timing.
